This is a "gallery" type web site that is a collaboration between West Yorkshire artists and designers.

There are many different online galleries out there, cyberspace is saturated with them. So what makes us different? Well, we're different from most similar sites in that any pieces purchased from forartsakeonline.com, 20% of the proceeds will be donated to our chosen charity, the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).

An Introduction to The Motor Neurone Disease Association

Imagine a healthy and alert mind trapped inside a body that can’t move, but can still think and feel. That’s the devastating reality of Motor Neurone Disease (MND).

MND is a rapidly progressive, fatal disease that robs people of the ability to walk, talk and feed themselves.
With no cure half die within 14 months of diagnosis.

The MND Association wants to see a world free of MND. It funds and promotes research to help make MND history.

Until then, the Association does all it can to ensure everyone affected by MND receives the best possible care and support.
